Rebecca Slaton has been a decorative artist since 1997. In 2004, she and her husband opened Surfaces Fine Paint & Decorative Arts Studio, widely celebrated for its commissioned works of art.

A Fun Faux Finishing School

Surfaces Fine Paint & Decorative Arts Studio is also a faux finishing school. Becoming a faux finishing pro is easier than ever with our comprhensive classes that not only teach you the technical aspects of faux finishing but the business end as well. Classes are limited to only 10 students to ensure that you receive as much one on one instruction as possible.

Surfaces faux finishing school is a great way to creatively explore new techniques in wall finishes, countertop finishes and floor finishes with the extensive line of Faux Effects International products including, sandstone, LustreStone™, Venetian plasters and other faux finishing methods.

Whatever your experience, you’ll learn something new from our faux finishing classes. You may request private faux finishing classes as well.
